All emails sent via this form will be sent to our Client Service Centre for response. Electronic enquiries are treated in the same way as normal mail and phone enquiries. We aim to respond to your enquiry within two business days.

Before sending an email enquiry to NSW Sport and Recreation please ensure you are familiar with the following policy:
- NSW Sport and Recreation receives a large volume of emails and whilst all efforts are made to respond to your enquiry within two business days, it is not always possible to uphold this turnaround time.
- To assist us in responding quickly to the large volume of emails we receive, your email will be allocated a priority. Lower priority will be assigned to :
- Emails requesting information which is freely available on our website or through the links provided.
- Emails which contain minimal information with no specific instructions
- Emails which only request a call back from the Client Service Centre.
- Through the links and the information on our website, we have attempted to ensure that as far as possible, you are linked directly to the people or organisations that can help you. Please check the links provided, which are designed to assist you before you contact us.
- NSW Sport and Recreation accepts no responsibility for invoices or other documents involving payments sent by email. NSW Sport and Recreation will not accept such emails unless a contact officer and business unit is identified for forwarding.
- Unsolicited advertisements and spam will be filtered and deleted.
- NSW Sport and Recreation is a public sector agency. We have attempted to filter offensive emails. However, should emails containing offensive contents or contents advocating illegal activities elude our filter, these emails will be forwarded to the NSW Police.
- Your email, once sent, will comprise a formal departmental record. It will be treated with the appropriate level of confidentiality consistent with NSW Privacy and Personal Information Act provisions.
