Take the stress out of studies and work by giving your brain a rest and your body a workout! SWAT offers fitness, strength and fun in a variety of outdoor exercises delivered by two instructors, both former British Military fitness trainers. Individuals are fully assessed before training begins, ensuring participants work at their own pace whilst achieving increased strength and overall fitness. The classes are aimed at all levels of fitness and instructors offer full support and advice during the five week program.
