Indigenous swimming program

Swimming - a way of life!

Young Aboriginal swimmers aged 8 – 14 years who are interested in competitive swimming are invited to join the Indigenous Swimming Program, run by NSW Sport and Recreation and Maroubra Swimming Club.

The Indigenous Swimming Program provides:

  • Competition every Friday night at Maroubra Swimming Club
  • Access to professional coaching, facilities and training and development programs
  • The opportunity to swim with a club that has produced national, Commonwealth and Olympic champions.

The program is free to join.
