How to enrol
You can enrol into Swimsafe by phone, fax, mail or in person. Please ensure you have read our booking terms and conditions.
Please note: Enrolment fees do not include pool entry which may vary between pools.
- By phone: Call 13 13 02 and have your credit card details ready (Visa, Mastercard).
- By fax: Complete the enrolment form, include your credit card details and fax to (02) 9006-3888
- By mail: Complete the enrolment form include your credit card details, a cheque or money order and mail it to: NSW Sport and Recreation, Client Service Centre, Locked Bag 1422 Silverwater NSW 2128.
- In person: Visit 6 Figtree Drive, Homebush Bay NSW 2127 or your closest office.
Would you like to be in the same class as a friend?
If you would like to be in the same class as a friend of the same ability level, just pin or staple your enrolment forms together. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Booking terms and conditions
- The fee must accompany the enrolment, otherwise the enrolment will not be accepted.
- Enrolment is necessary prior to the commencement of the program to secure your place.
- A receipt confirming the details of your booking will be issued after payment has been received.
Refunds
- Requests for refunds must be made within seven working days prior to the commencement of the program.
- All requests must be made in writing.
- All refunds are subject to an administration fee of 20 per cent of the total program fee.
- Refunds will not be given for partial attendance, nor will make up lessons be provided.
- Refunds will be paid at the completion of the program.
Program cancellations
Communities NSW reserves the right to cancel a program/s. Every effort will be made to give reasonable notice to those who have enrolled when a program is cancelled. Those enrolled will be given a full refund.
